Oriana wins her AG W40-44 at Challenge Salou

After Oriana Heer had won the olympic distance triathlon in Mallorca, she was also able to fully impress on her flagship distance, the middle distance.

In a time of 5:06.24 she won her AG W40-44 at Challenge Salou last sunday and placed 5th woman overall.

After a very demanding swim, disappointed by the slow time, Oriana pedals hard and in the last part of the race, the half marathon, she was able to bring the win home with a very good, consistent running performance.

Excellent race Oriana, even if there is such more more to improve :-)

For Diego Ludovici it was a special race, owner of a Fitness Center in Rome and working especially on functional fitness, together with a friend he took part at the HYROX Rimini, fitness racing at the highest level.

Diego and Alessandro completed the very different requirements in a total time of 1:18.16 and had a lot of fun.

Now it's time to get back to the real season goals: Trail running races!
